• Maximum of 4 guests at all times. • Sorry, but we don't allow pets at this property. • Check-in: 4:00 PM, Check-out: 11:00 AM (unless otherwise agreed upon). • Quiet hours: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM. • No smoking or vaping in the house or anywhere on the premises. To make your stay worry free, we include a non-refundable $25 Damage Waiver that covers up to $500 in accidental damage during your visit. The following criteria must be met in order for the Damage Waiver to apply: • Damage must be accidental. • Damage must be reported immediately. • Damage reported after check-out will not be covered.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire home. This includes all interior spaces like the bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen, and living room. You will also have full access to the private, fenced-in backyard oasis, complete with the patio, dining set, and fire pit area. Enjoy the entire property to yourselves.
